- Can I move up to the next plan at any time? Yes, never a problem. Our flexible plans let you expand as your client base grows.
- What if I need less clients? Plans can be adjusted and tailored to your needs. Give us a call and we will take care of it.
- Can I cancel at any time? Yes, we have no long term contracts. All you have to do is cancel prior to your renewal period whether it be monthly or annual.
- Do you offer refunds for early cancellations? We do not provide refunds or rebates for cancelling early, but you can use your service right up until the day before your renewal date and then cancel.
- What if I need help? No problem, just give us a call or drop us an email. We also have a complete set of video tutorials.
- Do clients pay anything? Not at all. You choose what to charge for your services. Client access and set up is completely free.
- Are there any other costs? No, Total PT Fitness is a complete system, everything included.
- If I cancel, what happens? Once you cancel and your plan reaches its renewal date, you will no longer have access. We retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind and want to resume.
